Ryan McCardell’s practice focuses exclusively on representing injured people, with particular expertise in handling motor vehicle claims, motorcycle claims, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, assaults claims, and slip-and-fall claims. Ryan has extensive experience resolving claims for clients through informal negotiations, formal mediation procedures, and at trial.
Ryan holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
Before starting McCardell & Associates, Ryan worked for a number of years representing injured plaintiffs while part of a well-known insurance defence firm, which gave him a particularly good understanding of the legal process and strategies from the perspective of both injured parties and insurance companies.
Ryan is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the British Columbia Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
